The majority of our coolers are accompanied by a 1-year onsite warranty, specifically designed to address factory defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from lights or load shedding.

For coolers not covered by the onsite warranty, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Our warranty remains valid as long as you utilize one of our networked factory-authorized technicians located throughout RSA for any service or repair needs. However, if you opt for the services of an unauthorized technician, it will result in the voidance of your warranty.

Our partnership with a dependable transport logistics company allows us to provide a seamless door-to-door delivery service. Please note that this service is not included in the product price and will be quoted based on the specific delivery location.
